Activity Space Rental
The main floor common area of The Vintage Inn Bed & Breakfast is available for day rentals. Our common area is the perfect meeting space for your book club, bridal shower, or meeting. When you rent the common area you have access to the living room, dining room, powder room, and kitchen.
Events booked must be held between the hours of 11:00am and 4:00pm unless the party booking the event has also reserved the entire B&B. Guests staying with us always have access to the main floor common area, and as such, we cannot guarantee complete privacy unless you have booked the entire B&B. We can comfortably seat 10 at the dining room table, 4 at the kitchen island, and 6 in the living room. We ask that you provide your own plates, serving ware, utensils, etc...
The cost for a Day Rental is $17.00/hour + tax with a 2 hour minimum rental required.
Groups are responsible for cleaning up the common area after use and returning it to its original state. Any damage will be billed the cost of repair or replacement of the item(s) damaged. Extra cleaning needed to bring the space to the state it was in when the group arrived will be billed at $20.00/hour + tax.
