General policies

  • All rates are subject to change without notice. 

  • A valid credit card and one night's deposit is required for all reservations. 

  • A three-night minimum stay is required during Farm Fest. $130+tax/night special rate.

  • A minimum stay may be required on holidays or special event days.

  • All rates are subject to state and city taxes.

  • We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit/debit cards, and in-state personal checks. 

  • At least 24 hour notice is required for any special dietary requirements. We cannot guarantee that we can be entirely Gluten Free. We can be gluten friendly, but as our preparation space is limited, appliances are shared, we cannot guarantee there will be zero cross contact.

  • Maximum occupancy is 2 people per bedroom.  For an extra $30+tax/night, a 3rd person can stay in the Sunroom Suite.

  • Check-In is from 4:00pm-6:00pm.  We will gladly accommodate a later check-in; just let us know what time to expect you.

  • Check-Out is by 11:00am.

  • The Vintage Inn B&B is strictly non-smoking.

  • Children 12 and up are welcome.

  • Children under 12 are welcome if your party has booked the entire Inn.

  • No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. Trained service dogs are allowed as required by law.

  • No guns or drugs are allowed on the premises.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service. 

 

Cancelations of reservations made directly through us

  • Reservations canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 1-7 days of arrival date will receive a gift certificate for the amount of the reservation deposit. 

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will forfeit reservation deposit.

  • Cancellations within 2 hours of check-in will be charged for the entire stay.

  • No shows will be charged for the entire stay.

  • You will be charged for any packages you have included in your reservation if you cancel within 2 nights of your check-in date. 

  • We want our guests to have a pleasant experience.  If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, inclement weather, or other emergency, please let us know. We will be happy to move your reservation to another date.

 

cancelations of reservations made through a third party booking site (Expedia, hotels.com, travelocity, etc…)

  • Please refer to the booking site for cancellation terms. 

  • You must cancel directly through the site you used.  They are separate businesses, and we have no access to their systems.
